We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.

✅ Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be in the same condition as received

  • Unworn, unused, with original tags and packaging

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required

Important: Please do not return items without contacting us first. Unapproved returns will not be accepted.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a prepaid return label and clear instructions.

🔧 Damages & Issues

Please inspect your items immediately upon arrival.
Contact us right away if you receive:

  • A damaged item

  • A defective product

  • The wrong product

We will evaluate the issue and arrange a replacement or refund promptly.

🚫 Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Some items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Beauty or personal care products

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Gift cards and final sale items

🔄 Exchanges

For exchanges, we recommend:

  1. Initiating a return for the original item

  2. Once accepted, placing a new order for the item you want

🇪🇺 EU Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, no questions asked.

The item must still meet the return conditions above (unused, original packaging, etc.).

💳 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, you will be notified of approval.
If approved:

  • The refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days

  • Bank or credit card processing times may vary
